The Solution

The Project Management Solution integrates directly into our client’s CRM.
It gives a wide selection of organizational tools for effective handling of various management tasks. Tasks can be organized in a hierarchy and placed into different workspaces and folders. The system was seamlessly integrated into an existing ASP.NET application using microservices architecture. Project managers and regular users got the ability to manage workspaces, folders, projects and tasks, track spent hours, assignees, and other significant parameters. The system provides various insights with visual reports that can be easily shared with all stakeholders. Other significant features are internationalization, a roles and permissions framework, a WYSIWYG editor, comments, and interactive functionality for projects, organizers, and workspaces.
